The choice is yours! You can check out as a guest or create an account. It is totally up to you! If you create an account, you can easily monitor for updates, view past orders and create a wish list, but not to worry if you checkout as a guest, as we'll send you plenty of emails to keep you in the loop on what's happening with your order.
You can reset your password. Head over to the log in page, enter the email you set your account with and click forgot password. Follow the prompts and reset a new password. If you no longer have access to the email/cannot remember your email account-create a new account.
We accept most cards-Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal payments. At our location-We accept all the above except PayPal, as well as Debit and Apple pay.
Double check that your billing address matches your credit card information. If the problem persists reach out to your credit card company for more information.
If you are outside Windsor, please ensure that you do not have any "Pick up/Local" items added to your cart. If you are having problems please reach out to us! We are here to help. :)

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. We try to process orders as quickly as possible but generally it can take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped or ready for pick up.
We try very hard to only list what is in our inventory, but mistakes occasionally happen. If a product is not in stock, we'll write you as soon as we know, to inform you and give you the option to hold your order until the item is made or substitute/cancel part/all.
When your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number and a link to Canada post's website. Enter in the tracking provided, and you can watch your parcels scenic journey to you. :)
We always double check but if something is missing please write us and accept our sincere apologies! We'll do our best to make it right.

FAQ's-SHIPPING & RETURNS
At the moment, we only ship within Canada. We apologise for the inconvenience, but if you keep an eye out on social media we will announce when we expand to other countries.
Yes, we do via Canada post.
We are based in Ontario so generally shipping is fairly quick-when your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with tracking as well as an estimated shipping date. Should you need it by a specific time, please reach out to us and let us know-we'll do everything we can to help.
You'll receive a tracking number and if you go to the shipper's address and enter in the tracking provided you can watch your parcels scenic journey to you.
No worries, we keep track of everything! :) Feel free to write us with your order number and we will write you back with your tracking number.
No worries! :) You can reset your password, just follow the prompts and enter the email you set your account with and it'll generate a new password for you.
Don't panic! :) Did you receive a notification? If you did, follow the information they provided. You might have to pick up your parcel/there might be a chance to re-attempt delivery if it's a better option for you.
We have shipped thousands of parcels and I can count on one hand, the number of lost parcels, so please rest easy. Reach out to us if you are worried. We'll find it. :)
Oh, no! No worries, we will resend it back to you if you have missed the courier. Each circumstance is different so please write us if it's inbound, and we'll find out what happened. If it's an error on our part, we will repackage it so we know everything is good, and send it back to you at no cost.

Merry Christmas! :) Generally if your order is placed prior to/between Dec 9-13th via ground mail, it should reach you in time for Christmas. To arrive prior to December 24th, via Express post your order must be placed no later than December 15th. If you are ordering for a pick up order/local delivery-it's chaos at the shop! Orders will take longer to process, please allow up to 5 business days to have your goodies ready. We stay open right up until the 24th of December.
Yes! Every product we sell has been tested on Alyssa. Lyssa has had eczema all of her life. There is no cure for Eczema, we sincerely wish there was one. None of our products will cure Eczema but our products do not aggravate/irritate/sting Alyssa because every one of our products are formulated at her level. If it on our website or it's in our store-It's passed an Alyssa test-so you know our products are very gentle. (the exception to this is Cherry bomb-if you have normal skin-no worries, but if you are sensitive like Lyssa, the reaction was slight)
There are degrees of severity with Eczema. Lyssa's is quite severe but there is no way to recommend a product without knowing yours. Bear in mind, there is no cure for eczema-so what we are talking about is tolerance levels of any product you choose to use. Our products are very gentle, and if you would like to try a product, we'll happily send you a free sample. But if you are antibiotics/planned regime with a doctor/have any concerns, please do not use any product without talking with them first.

"May contain" colours allow us to standardize our product labels. It doesn't mean all of them are in one product. :)
Some of the fragrances we use contain Vanillin. Vanillin is an organic compound that gives Vanilla it's flavour. It smells beautiful but it can discolour the finished products over time. This process is 100% natural and there is nothing wrong with the product.
Most of our products are good for up to 2 years of purchase unopened, but we recommend using our products within six months once opened for optimal freshness.
A bath bomb is all about Bath art-it's a fizzy, foamy, colourful soak. A bath truffle is completely different-it's a solid oil bar that once dissolved in the tub, is a treat to deeply condition your skin. No need to add lotion for days!
We use skin safe synthetics, fragrance oils and colours. We also use Shea Butters and Cocoa butters.
No, we do not. We test on Alyssa. :)
We do not use any animal/animal byproducts in any of our products. We are Vegan friendly. :)
We try hard to be! We use recyclable containers and our shrink wrap is a recyclable shrink film. What you might not know is we also try very hard to have zero waste in production of our products. This is a benefit to all of us, both financially and for our landfill.

All of our products are hand made in small batches, so there will be slight variations in colour hues between batches. If your jar/lid is a different colour, it is because of availability/sales between our suppliers. We try very hard to keep our expenses the same so that our prices remain constant.
We love helping our community, and help when we can but we get asked a lot! We help out where we can but cannot help everyone. If you are holding an event and would like us to help please reach out to us and we'll see if we can.
At this time, we do not offer wholesale accounts, but do offer tiered discounted rates for bulk purchases. Please reach out to us if you wish to purchase larger quantities.
Yes! Gift Cards are available on the website and the store, currently though each has to be used where purchased. If purchased on the online shop, it must be used online and/if purchased in our store it must be used in store.
At this time, we do not have a physical plastic gift card linked to our gift cards purchased on our website, but can mail out a gift card (like a birthday card) with a code that the recipient can use to purchase for a nominal fee. $5 for Ontario, $8.99 for the rest of Canada.
You cannot use a discount code to purchase Gift cards.
As long as there is a balance remaining, then yes, you can use your Gift card more than once.
Yes, you can! Just enter the code, the cart will adjust the balance and then add the other code to the remaining balance.

We're sorry but at this time, our gift cards cannot be reloaded.
Gift cards are like currency, there is no tax on Gift cards.
FAQ's-BUY ONLINE & PICK UP IN STORE
Make your purchases on our website and stay in jammies! :) We do all the work for you. You'll receive an email that we are working on your order and another letting you know that you're order is ready. Then pick them up at your convenience.
Life is Heaven! :) At checkout, simply put my 22 year old to work-select local delivery within Windsor and stay in Jammies longer! When your order is ready, we'll write and schedule a delivery time that works for you and drop it off at your door.
We do our best to have all orders processed within 3 business days. We try to do our best to do so as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality. We'll keep you posted each step of the way though with plenty of emails so you know what happens when. :)

Of course! Yes. As long as we have email confirmation from your email on file stating you are happy for them to pick it up on your behalf and they can sign the package out-we're good to go!

If you have a special request please write us. We'll do our best to make your gift such a lovely one. :) We're very good at making your soaps look pretty. We have two types of wrap- free complimentary wrap (free is good) and deluxe wrap with satin ribbon and white boxed, for a nominal fee of 5.99 that can be selected at checkout)
