Processing & Packing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This additional time allows us to beautifully and safely pack your items. It also give us time, if needed, to make an item if it's not in stock.
Once your order is placed-you'll receive a confirmation letter from us, and we'll email you once your order is ready to ship with a tracking number.
Flat Rate Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada $12.00 Flat Rate shipping.
Flat rate shipping means you only pay $12.00 shipping for your order to reach you. If you order 1 item or if you order 100 items, you'll only be charged $12.00 for shipping.
Free Shipping Ontario
If your order is over $60 and it's being shipped within Ontario - Your shipping is free. This is done automatically for you in checkout.
Please note-we can only ship an order to one delivery address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses you'll need to create a new order.
Sending someone a gift?
If you wish to send your order as a gift to someone let us know and we will add a personal note to your order. :)
Changing / Adding to / Cancelling your order
Once it's shipped we cannot change your order, but up until it's dropped off we'll do our best to help.
We use Canada Post Expedited service to ship your order. It takes between 3-9 business days to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number and an email so you know when to expect your order.

Lost packages / Delayed Shipments
Lost packages are very rare, but it can happen. If your package hasn't reached you after 1 week of it's estimated delivery date please let us know and we'll open an investigation with Canada post for you. We'll get everything sorted so you are happy, no worries. :)
