Shipping Policy
We ship Swinging Soaps orders within Canada and to selected destinations in the United States.
All prices, shipping charges, duties and order totals are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Order Processing
Our products are handmade, and some items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Large orders, custom products and orders placed during busy holiday periods may require additional time. We will contact you if we expect a significant delay.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time.
Shipping Within Canada
Canadian orders under $80 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $12 CAD.
Canadian orders of $80 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary by destination.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to selected US destinations using tracked Canada Post services.

The available services, prices and estimated delivery times for your address will be calculated at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This helps prevent unexpected duty charges when your order arrives.
US shipping and duty charges are displayed in Canadian dollars. Duties, import taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by Swinging Soaps.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available when shown as an option at checkout.
Please wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Pickup instructions and the available pickup location will be included in your notification.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@swingingsoaps.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been prepared or shipped.
If an order is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.
Delays and Tracking
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery.
If your tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email hello@swingingsoaps.com with your order number. We will help you review the tracking information and, when appropriate, open an inquiry with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow the instructions in our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
