We ship Swinging Soaps orders within Canada and to selected destinations in the United States.
Canadian Shipping
Canadian orders under $80 CAD have a flat $12 shipping rate. Orders of $80 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
United States Shipping
Available shipping services and prices for US orders are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are also calculated and collected during checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
Our products are handmade, and some are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Large, custom and holiday orders may require additional time.
Delivery estimates begin after your order ships. You’ll receive tracking information by email when it is available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs or other delays.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, email hello@swingingsoaps.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and approved before being mailed back. Opened or used bath and body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please wait for our instructions before mailing anything back.
Shop online and choose pickup or local delivery during checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup or on its way to you.
Local delivery is available on orders of $25 or more:
• $6 delivery within 20 km, including Windsor, LaSalle and Oldcastle
• $10 delivery from 20 to 40 km, including Belle River, Lakeshore and Tecumseh
Delivery eligibility is based on the distance from our location to the address entered at checkout. If local delivery does not appear, the order may be below the $25 minimum or outside our delivery area.
